Director chef Yogesh Datta, who trained both in Switzerland and India, has been cooking at the highest level in London since 2000. In 2002 he opened 'The Painted Heron' ( in Chelsea, London SW3, where he has won numerous awards for his innovative Pan-Indian cuisine. More recently Yogesh and his partner, Charles Hill have opened two successful Indian Brasseries in Central London (

Building on this experience and supported by a well trained and committed team Yogesh and Charles are now able to offer our customers ‘Bangalore Tailor-made’. We offer a full event management service, with an experience food catering and beverages team on hand to ensure each aspect of your event is a success. Bangalore Tailor-made can offer hospitality with a difference, incorporating catering flair and imagination along with perfect presentation and management.
